The Concept

What happens when you remove everything?

Zero Noise is a ten-day silent retreat for men. Inspired by the Vipassana tradition, it is built on a single premise: that the most difficult thing a man can do is sit quietly with himself — and that doing so changes everything.

This is not spiritual theater. There are no rituals, no ideology, no belief system required. What you will find is a rigorous, structured environment designed to strip away distraction and return you to something essential.

Ten days of complete silence. No technology. No small talk. No news cycle. No obligations. Just you, the practice, and the space to finally hear what you've been too busy to listen to.

The Protocol

This is your permission
to disappear.

For ten days, no one can reach you. And you can't reach for distraction. Your phone, your watch, your laptop — they stay behind. Not because the rules say so, but because that's the point.

The digital detox is not a feature of this retreat. It is the foundation. Every device you surrender is a layer of noise you leave at the door.

All electronic devices — phones, smartwatches, laptops, tablets, e-readers — are collected upon arrival.

All devices remain switched off and securely stored for the entire duration of the retreat.

Devices are returned only on departure day. No exceptions.

Emergency contact is available through the organizer at all times. Your family can reach you if they need to.

Zero Noise.

The retreat takes place at a private, secluded property in the Hudson Valley — one of the most quietly beautiful landscapes in the northeastern United States. Rolling hills, open meadows, and autumn forests surround the venue on all sides.

The exact location is disclosed only to confirmed participants. This is not a formality — it is part of the experience. The address is shared privately, along with detailed directions, after your spot is confirmed.

Participants arrange their own travel to the Rhinebeck area. The nearest airports are Albany International (ALB) and New York JFK or EWR, approximately two hours by car.
